Touch is the first of the five senses to develop in humans, forming as early as the eighth week of gestation.
As humans, we began to use touch not just to create or to work, but to perceive and feel the world around us.
We used our hands to sense, to feel the world around us.
We listened to the amniotic fluid, the walls of our mother's womb, sensing the vibrations when she was happy, sad, anxious, or relaxed.
We can say that through touch, we have our first experience of empathy.
This program is innovative because you do NOT need to own a massage business to benefit from it. What your staff will experience is a series of sessions based on touch and emotional management.
It is also innovative because, together with the company, we consider KPIs to monitor and customize the program according to the employees involved and the company's needs. With KPIs, the company has analytical control over the effectiveness of the program undertaken with us.

1- Preliminary Consultation
The initial consultation is essential to determine the company's needs and establish a productive work timeline.
2-KPI 1°level
The initial Key Performance Indicators to be monitored throughout the Team Building process will be identified.
3- Experiential Course
The staff undergoes the first experiential course and develops the skills of practicing kindness through touch. They receive materials for self-treatment and personal hygiene.
4-KPI 2° level
Identification of the second Key Performance Indicators, highlighting the initial objectives achieved and the need to adjust the subsequent experiential course if necessary
5-Experiential course 2°level
The staff undergoes the second experiential course and acquires the necessary skills to help other colleagues achieve the goals needed to maintain a proactive work environment.
6-Final KPI
Final analysis of the objectives achieved by the staff, both individually and as a group.
