"Gaia" is named after "Mother Earth" and is a face and body protocol dedicated to professionals who want to offer their clients a new experience in body care. In recent decades, the rise of holistic methods derived from oriental massage techniques such as Ayurveda, Tuina, Nuad Thai, Shiatsu, etc., has been significant in Europe. 

We owe a great deal of thanks to these approaches because they have made the Western world aware that there is another way of prevention, another path to personal well-being that is not the mechanistic approach typical of Western methods. However, there is a big "BUT." The common problem is that professionals who learn oriental techniques will find themselves having to "Westernize" these methods once they embark on their career path. This happens because in 100% of cases, we do not have an environment suitable for the practices of these treatments, and above all, the clients they address are not the same as those we address in the West. Starting a treatment path on a Western person is completely different from the approach we must use on an Eastern person for whom these types of treatments or paths were created. It is precisely for this reason that we asked ourselves: Is there a holistic approach in Europe comparable to the oriental world?

The answer is yes! We just needed to rediscover our European history of personal care.

In fact, from ancient Greece and the Roman Empire emerged a holistic approach very similar to Taoism and oriental philosophies. How? Thanks to Hippocrates and Plato.

Authentic pioneers of Western medicine and philosophy, they laid the foundations of modern medicine.

We find that while Doshas were being discovered in India, Hippocrates was explaining morphologies in Greece.

While vital energy "Ki" was being taught in China, Plato was articulating the theory of the "Vital Breath."

In short, oriental history is not different from western history; we talk about the same things, perhaps just in different languages.

This is where Gaia rituals originate, from the discovery of our holistic and philosophical roots, adapting them to the most modern European massage techniques.

The goal of every Gaia rituals practitioner is to deliver high-performance results in a highly experiential context.
